Tenancy Set up fee –£630.00 at the commencement of the tenancy.Alternatively, this charge can

be spread over the first 6 months of the tenancy at a fee of £120.00 per month which

would be deducted from the monthly rent payment.The monthly option is only available

where we manage the property or collect the rent.This charge incorporates the landlord’s

admin fee and the tenant’s admin and reference fee.
